2020 was a year full of challenges, a year that forced us to rapidly adapt to new more agile ways of working, all in the face of a deadly health crisis and uncertain economic future. We won’t sugar coat it – we’ve had a challenging year, just like countless other industries and individuals impacted by COVID-19.
