PTSB Summit – All Together Now was the largest in-person event that PTSB has held, inviting over 3000 internal colleagues to unveil and celebrate the rebrand of Permanent TSB to PTSB.

Working closely with the internal comms team, we created an incredible event to launch the new brand leaving employees from all corners of the country with long-lasting memories

The aim was to bring together all PTSB employees nationwide for one day to celebrate the reveal of the new brand through a conference in the afternoon, followed by an evening of networking & entertainment.

Working with our incredible suppliers, we created a space that could facilitate a number of functions for such a large group – business updates & addresses, celebratory spaces & numerous bars & catering stations.

Finding conferences venues that can cater to large groups with space for a variety of additional requirements can be difficult in Dublin but we secured this with the RDS Simmonscourt. As with all blank canvases, it allowed us to creatively map out a space to accommodate exactly what we needed. Working with a number of suppliers we brought in everything from tiered seating, numerous bars & catering stations and the main stage to showcase both the launch of the new brand & exciting business updates during the day and music, entertainment & a live stream with live punditry of the Rugby World Cup Quarter final. Due to the nature of the event, we also facilitated a flip of the venue dressing to accommodate the introduction of the new brand as guests emerged for the evening portion of the event.

Among the special guests throughout the day, we also welcomed PTSB’s newly appointed Team Ireland ambassadors for the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympics & Paralympics as part of PTSB’s sponsorship title of the Games.
